Live-In Care
We offer 24/7 live-in care, where a carer resides in your home to provide support and assist with your daily routine. Our goal is to help you maintain your dignity and comfort in your own home, while ensuring your personal needs are met, including safety. Family and friends can rest assured that you are being cared for by dedicated and compassionate staff.
Our live-in carers provide a range of services, including companionship, personal care (such as assistance with dressing, medication, bathing, and continence needs), ensuring hydration, and preparing well-balanced meals. Additionally, carers will manage health appointments and liaise with family and friends.
The aim of having a live-in carer is to promote independence and allow you to remain in control of your life. We adopt a person-centred, collaborative approach, providing as much or as little support as you require. Together with your carer, you will develop a personalized care plan that reflects your needs, preferences, and desires as much as possible.
In addition to personal care, the carer will assist with domestic tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and cooking. Our live-in service caters to individuals aged 18 to 65 and above. We recognize that individuals can experience loneliness and social isolation, and having a carer provides companionship and social stimulation, which can have significant physical and mental health benefits.
We understand that each person's care needs are unique; therefore, our pricing is tailored to your specific requirements, ensuring you only pay for the care you receive.
Weekly Costs start from £1,200 (for 7 days). A detailed breakdown will be provided upon inquiry.
Couples
For couples who require support and care, we offer services that allow both individuals to remain together. Depending on the level of care required, the weekly cost starts from £1,450.
Respite Care
Caring for a loved one can be overwhelming. Short-term respite care provides necessary relief, whether for a day to visit a friend, an appointment, or a holiday lasting a few days to two weeks. You can rely on us to continue caring for your loved one, ensuring they are in safe hands.
We offer respite care for various durations: hourly, daily, or longer.
Hourly Costs start from £23.35, with daily costs of £200 for 1-7 days and £250 per day for 7 days or more.
Getting You the Right Carer
We understand that having someone live in your home can be a significant step. The relationship between you and your carer is crucial to the success of the care provided. We strive to match care workers to your needs, working with a diverse group of experienced and skilled carers.
Once a carer is assigned, you will have the opportunity to meet them and decide if you wish to proceed. All carers are experienced, skilled, and qualified, with strong communication skills. The quality of our care is determined by the satisfaction of our clients, their families, and our staff.
We prioritise hiring compassionate, reliable, trustworthy, and honest staff who enjoy working with people and are respectful and patient. All carers are employed following a rigorous recruitment process, including enhanced DBS checks, references, valid ID, health declarations, qualifications, and mandatory training.
Staff receive regular supervision and participate in team meetings. Prior to the start of care, a meeting will be arranged with the client, their family, and the Registered Manager/Care Coordinator to gather information about the client's needs, routine, preferences, hobbies, and desired carer attributes.
We have developed a working pattern with three regular carers, each working for 6-8 weeks at a time and rotating on an ongoing basis. This allows clients to become familiar with their carers and their routines. Learn More CONTACT US
